If you are passionate about computational genomics and large scale genomics data analysis, IMGSB has two open positions for genomic data analyst. The engagement is a purely temporary basis in the project titled ‘Genome India: Cataloguing the Genetic Variation in Indians’. Candidates with a background of genomic data analysis are encouraged to apply for these positions. The last date for receiving the application is February 28, 2020.
Responsibilities:
1) Quality control and analysis of whole-genome and exome sequencing datasets.
2) Development of scalable data analysis pipelines using workflow management software for high-performance computing.
